The instructions on how to check the price using the word count, how to order, and how long the proofreading takes are now much clearer. We want to make it as easy as possible for our clients to navigate our website any time of the day.

Fourth, clients can now order and upload larger documents 24/7 through our website. Previously, clients had to manually place orders for documents over 50,000 words by emailing us during business hours because our website did not support longer document orders. This is no longer the case.

Lastly, we want to make sure that you have all the information you need at your fingertips. That’s why we’ve edited the list of frequently asked questions on our homepage. This resource will help you quickly find answers to common questions without having to call or email us, saving you time and hassle.
